Internal Audit Collective Training Course Policies: Refund, Cancellation, and Complaint

This document outlines the no refund, cancellation, and complaint policies for training courses conducted by the Internal Audit Collective. These policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants. 

No Refund Policy 

All sales of training courses conducted by the Internal Audit Collective are final. Once a registration is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Participants are strongly encouraged to carefully consider their schedule and commitment before registering for a course. 

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation by Participant 

Participants who wish to withdraw from a training course after registering will not receive a refund. However, participants may transfer their registration to another person with prior approval from the Internal Audit Collective. Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the course start date. 

Cancellation by Internal Audit Collective 

The Internal Audit Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the Internal Audit Collective cancels a course, registered participants will be notified and offered the following options:

  • Full credit towards a future Internal Audit Collective training course.
  • Rescheduling to the next available date.

The Internal Audit Collective is not responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred by participants due to course cancellations. 

Complaint Policy 

The Internal Audit Collective is committed to providing high-quality training courses and values feedback from participants. If a participant has a complaint regarding a training course, they should submit their complaint in writing to the Internal Audit Collective within 7 days of the course completion date. 

Complaint Submission 

Complaints should be submitted via email to priscilla@Internalauditcollective.com. The email should include the following information: 

  • Participant's name 
  • Course name and date 
  • Detailed description of the complaint

Complaint Review 

The Internal Audit Collective will review all complaints and respond to the participant within 14 business days. The response will outline the steps taken to address the complaint or explain why the complaint cannot be addressed. 

Resolution 

The Internal Audit Collective will make every effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. However, all decisions made by the Internal Audit Collective regarding complaints are final. To submit a complaint please reach out to the Director of Operations and Customer Success, Priscilla Serrano

Course Update Policy 

Our training materials are continually reviewed and updated to ensure they reflect the most current information and best practices. We reserve the right to make changes to course content, schedules, instructors, or materials at any time without prior notice. Participants will be provided with the most recent version of the materials available at the time of their training session. While every effort is made to minimize disruption, we are not responsible for any inconvenience or expenses resulting from such updates. Participants are encouraged to check for updates or announcements prior to their scheduled session. 

  • All Course documents will contain the most recent publication, revision or review date. 
  • All courses will be revised as soon as feasible following changes to relative codes, laws, rulings, decisions, interpretations, etc. 
  • All courses in subjects that undergo frequent changes will be reviewed by a subject matter expert at least once a year. 
    • Other courses must be reviewed every 2 years.
  • All group live and group Internet based programs, the revision date is the date of the event.
